First Extraordinary General Meeting of Financial Year 2019-20
26th August 2019

It gives us great pleasure to inform you that we successfully conducted the Extraordinary General meeting of shareholders on 26th August 2019. The agenda of the meeting was to add 2 (two) new directors to the Board of the company and these resolutions were passed by ballot voting.

Subrat Kumar Chowdhary and Prajakta Tushar Kulkarni have been added as directors and now we have 5 (five) members in the Board of Directors.

Both the new Directors appointed by majority vote of 56.88% by the members in favour.

Let us welcome the new members of the Board and look forward to their contribution towards the growth of the Company.
